This means that they are well diversified across industries and the
average fee introduced is a handsome £1,600.
Our largest client takes on around £15,000 worth of gross fee income
per month. We have grown their practice from £180,000 to over £400,000

A typical Lombard Marketing client usually receives between £6,000 -

THE
PROCESS
The
process, although it appears simple, is based on many years intensive,
working research. The system was developed by Marco Lombardo, a
Chartered Accountant and Carl Rodgers, who has had an extensive career
in direct marketing and sales.
How it all works.
1. We obtain a series of leads consisting of potential clients seeking an alternative accountancy
service. These leads are
generated in a number of ways depending on the requirements of your
accountancy practice.
2. Our consultants then carry out a preliminary business review to
ascertain whether the client is a suitable match for one of our
accountancy practices. We use unusual questioning techniques and
processes to determine the clients real level
of interest.
3. Once certain of their interest we visit them and tender a quote on
behalf of our accountancy practice.
4. The meeting is followed up and once the client accepts the quote we
pass a full “information file” across to the accountancy practice so
that they may start generating income!
